January 1966 precipitated formation of an Arizona
Naturopathic Association committee to change the Arizona Industrial
Commission's Naturopathy Fee Schedule to include the setting of

removal of plaster casting material. The committee was successful in
its efforts.

Chairman.
1980 was appointed to be the legislative advocate of the
NPBOMEX. Was successful
in steering the first meaningful bill through both the house and the
senate since the inception legislation of naturopathy in 1934. It
was put in the speaker of the house's desk drawer one-hour before
the final vote that would have approved it for the governor to have
the opportunity to sign it. Taught me the power of the allopathic
(MD) lobbyist and the reality of politics.
1980 and 1981 mounted a drive to have the naturopathic

of my own money. We were successful.

of the Phoenix White Pages telephone directory. Promotion of
naturopathic medicine as full service general practice of medicine
was the theme of the public service message.
